Designed specifically to secure the complex IT environments of modern connected companies, Allied ENS, L.L.C. is now able to deliver the same type of protection to home-end users. Encompassing more than just anti-virus, this solution supports full endpoint security comprised of intrusion prevention, proactive detection, behavioral analysis, anti-phishing and monitoring.
With Remote Connect Tool for Allied ENS, L.L.C., customers can request remote connection help from Allied ENS, L.L.C.. No more need to download an application in order to request help. Allied ENS, L.L.C. will only be able to connect once the customer gives permission from their end. This is all accomplished over a secure HTTPS connection to our customer portal.
What is a Patch? A patch is a piece of software designed to update a computer program or its supporting data, to fix or improve it. This includes fixing security vulnerabilities and other bugs, and improving the usability or performance. We offer a very flexible and powerful patch distribution and management solution by providing different features for specific patch management functions. Allied ENS, L.L.C. patch status service monitors total number of missing patches by category (Security Updates, Critical Updates, Service Packs, Update Rollups, Feature Packs, Updates and Software Driver Updates), and total number of patches installed with errors.
Just like Microsoft Windows Updates, 3rd Party software titles need to be updated and patched. We are able to manage and deliver 3rd Party software updates for the following applications: Adobe Acrobat Products, Adobe Air, Adobe FlashActiveX, Adobe Reader, Adobe Shockwave, Fox Reader Pro, Google Chrome, Google Earth Free, iTunes (32-bit/64-bit), Java (32-bit/64-bit), Mozilla Firefox, Notepad ++, Opera (32-bit/64-bit), QuickTime, Safari, Skype, VLC Media Player (32-bit/64-bit), WinRAR (32-bit/64-bit), WinZip (32-bit/64-bit).
The Scheduled Tasks are regular preventive maintenance tasks that customers should be doing on a regular schedule. We have predefined several Scheduled Tasks that include Disk Defragmentation, Deleting Temporary Files and several others.
Protected document types include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) files, OpenDocument and other open source file types, OneNote, .PST, PDF, Apple Keynote, Numbers and Pages files, StarOffice, TXT, CSV, several types of database files, Visio, and QuickBooks QBB files – and many more.
A wide range of detailed reports are provided monthly to ensure you have visibility of what is happening and that you are being constantly protected.
***Essential Package Service Offerings starts at $7 per month per device (Desktop or Laptop) and it includes Centralized Antivirus and Remote Connect Tool for Allied ENS, L.L.C.. All additional Essential Package Service Offerings are treated as a-la-carte items and customers can pick and choose which Essential Package Service Offerings they would like to receive.***

This gives us the ability to distribute customers’ software to Windows devices that have been approved or requested by the customer and can be accomplished in the background without interrupting the users.
Allied ENS, L.L.C. Self-Healing feature refers to pre-configured responses and actions to specific types of service failures. When a specified failure type occurs, Allied ENS, L.L.C. will automatically restart the service or execute a script that has been configured by Allied ENS, L.L.C. to try to resolve the issue. The system will then verify whether the issue has been resolved and will send the appropriate notifications.
The Windows Event Log service can be used to monitor any kind of event that is logged to the windows event log. When a match is detected on a Windows Event Log service, the service will momentarily go into failed status, but then immediately go back to normal and the reason for this is to generate an email notification. This can be very helpful to detect early hardware failures like hard drives and gives us the ability to notify the customer so a corrective action can be taken preventing the loss of data.
Monthly Executive Summary reporting can be used to describe the different activities conducted to maintain the operational/optimal status of a customer network. Reports described within this procedure will showcase such network details as security statuses, key application/resource availability, network performance and utilization metrics, end-user remote support sessions, patch status, detailed resource availability/uptime as well as identifying potential future asset/network additions and upgrades.
In the event that customer experiences issues with their computer, Allied ENS, L.L.C. will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will not charge the customer for the first 30 minutes. Most of the time issues can be resolved within the first 30 minutes.

In the event that Microsoft Windows Updates experiences installation issues, Allied ENS, L.L.C. will resolve it at no additional cost.
***Professional Package Service Offerings starts at $37 per month per device (Desktop or Laptop) and include all services that are outlined under the Professional Package with the word "Included". Customers can add two additional Professional Package Service Offerings and they are Centralized Antivirus and 3rd Party Updates Management. In rare instance where Microsoft Tech Support intervention is required to resolve Windows Update installation issues, the customer will be responsible for any / all charges by Microsoft.***
